User Manuals are often left to the very last. Furtively written to meet a deadline. A User Manual should reflect all the use cases used to develop the software and information on settings and configuration. A better approach is to create the sections as the applicable software sections are completed. Then give the completed sections of the manual to the tester to insure that they conform to the expectations.
