Art is an intrinsic part of the WEB - in some circumstances, it is performance art - I do not mean a concert. Beyond the important graphic design, the WEB is a method for distributing and seeing art that would be unreachable by any other means. The Web assists cultural organizations and individuals to reach the neighborhood of the world.
Having been a board member of several "art" organizations, I have had the fortune to help create several wonderful web sites which promote the arts. There will be more on this as I complete the site but I wanted to highlight these referenced sites with which I have been involved.
